From the A55 at the junction with A470/A547/B5381 follow signs for
Llandudno (A470). Once on the A470, proceed straight ahead at mini-roundabouts -
following signs for Llandudno. Approximately 2 miles along the A470, on the brow
of a hill the 'Llandudno Welcome' sign can be seen on the left. On approaching
Llandudno, follow signs for the sea front, turn left by the North Wales theatre
/ Venue Cymru and proceed along the promenade. The hotel is on the left, easily
recognised by its distinctive tower.
Llandudno has a train station with
express rail links providing, direct, fast and efficient services from key UK
destinations. Journey times are now shorter than ever with London just three
hours away and Manchester 2 hours. The Hotel is located 500 yards from Llandudno
Station although taxi’s are available. It may be worth noting the first trains
from London and Manchester arrive in Llandudno for Friday’s Day School at 10.06,
just in time for the key note speech.
Manchester (72 miles) and
Liverpool Airports (67 miles) offer easy access to Llandudno. Both have direct
road, coach and train links into the area.
There is plenty of on-street parking in the area around the Hotel
and is usually free of charge after 6pm. Please note most on-street parking
during the season is chargeable, especially along the promenade. Some free
parking is available along Gloddaeth Avenue but please be aware of parking
restrictions around the town as parking enforcement is rigorously enforced.
