Exhibition space and delegate informationThe conference provides a major opportunity for businesses to reach professionals and decision-makers across the heritage and related sectors. Businesses and organisations have a number of ways to access delegates.
Stands
Space is available for exhibition stands at the conference, at at £190 plus VAT (to include 1 delegate place and 1 insert in delegate packs).
Exhibitors must bring their own free standing display stands.
Products and equipment can be placed in front of stand spaces up to a one metre.
Literature distribution
Your trade literature can be included in delegate packs at £40 plus VAT.
Charities
There will be an opportunity for charities and educational organisations to display leaflets without cost.
Corporate dinner rates
A small number of places are available for the Cardiff Castle Banquet ONLY, for purchase by corporate sponsors. Please see below for further details.
