In advance of Nottingham hosting the IHBC Annual School - on 4-6 July and entitled 'Heritage, Risk & Resilience - confronting conservation calamities', the IHBC East Midlands branch are holding a special free event on challenges to conserving heritage and some of the solutions that are available.

A range of highly regarded speakers will explore different themes, ranging from the challenge of climate change to the value provided by Building Preservation Trusts, with a chance for questions and debate to follow.

Hosted in Nottingham’s centrally located ‘Urban Room’, attendees will also have the chance to view a new architectural exibition in the building and to learn more about upcoming events.
