Front end planning application work (stages 0-3 of the RIBA plan of work) with occasional clearance of condition work too for mostly domestic clients. All work undertaken within the historic environment – mostly to listed buildings but also unlisted buildings within conservation areas and heritage assets that are only recognized locally. Work ranges from general advice to owners to enforcement matters and applications for repair, change of use, extension and new build.
