Hello!  So this is the first edition of the Branch Newsletter.   I accept that it is by no means perfect, and hope that, through a collective effort, the pages of the next edition will be filled with articles reflecting the innumerable conservation issues that challenge and frustrate Branch members.

I hope that the quarterly newsletter will be an interesting read.  If it isn't that will be your fault not mine, as this is a newsletter for members, by members and I, after all, am only the Editor.
