High Court Challenge

Any person may challenge validity of a DPD (or any review) on the grounds that not within the powers conferred by Part 2 of the Act or that the requirements in that part of the Act or Regulations made under it have not been complied with
Challenge by way of Application to High Court to have the LDD (or part) quashed
Application must be made within 6 weeks of the date of the advertisement publicising adoption of the LDD
